“Trans people are in the middle of a holocaust.”

“The unwillingness of Western citizens to live with any level of risk — economic, health, or personal — spells the end of the civilization. Innovation requires risk-taking; building for the future requires risk-taking. Complete risk aversion leads to decadence and collapse.”
— Ben Shapiro, Editor Emeritus at Daily Wire and host of “The Ben Shapiro Show.”
“I’m not going to give up on community colleges as long as I’m president.”
— President Biden, promising to continue fighting for free community college tuition, despite the fact that it will not be funded in this round of spending priorities.
“We fiercely disagree with any government dictate that forces a private company to discriminate against customers who choose to patronize their business.”
— Arnie Wensinger, In-N-Out Chief Legal & Business Officer, in a statement from the fast-food restaurant defending the decision to not have employees check their customers’ vaccine status. A San Francisco In-N-Out Burger was temporarily shut down after employees allegedly didn’t check for customers’ vaccine documents, in violation of the city’s vaccine requirement.
“It’s a new thing, if we can’t keep our mask on our nose, we get taped.”
— An 11-year-old sixth grader at Chinook Trail Middle School in Colorado, in a text message to her mom sent with a selfie showing that her mask had been taped to her face using blue painter’s tape. According to the student, the teacher was wearing the rolls of tape around her wrists like bracelets.
“Yep. Had a maskless officer in the subway lean into my stroller to offer help with Orli a few weeks ago. Have talked to a few moms who’ve had this experience of being [too] intimidated to reject help lifting an unvaccinated baby from a maskless officer.”
— Dana Goldstein, a staff writer at The New York Times. Oh, heaven forfend!
“Wonderful to see Colin Powell, who made big mistakes on Iraq and famously, so-called weapons of mass destruction, be treated in death so beautifully by the Fake News Media. Hope that happens to me someday. He was a classic RINO, if even that, always being the first to attack other Republicans. He made plenty of mistakes, but anyway, may he rest in peace!”
— Former President Donald Trump. Yes, he really said that. He released it as a statement. Words fail me.
“Trans people are in the middle of a holocaust.”
— Joey Soloway, creator of the show “Transparent,” at a Netflix employee event protesting (they’re still doing this) Dave Chappelle’s standup special “The Closer,” because the comedian made several “transphobic jokes.” Twenty-six transgender people were killed last year (for a variety of motives) according to the National Center for Transgender Equality. Six million Jews were killed during the Holocaust, specifically for being Jewish.
“These documents are further evidence that instead of following the science, the White House and the CDC allowed politics to influence policy.”
— Caitlin Sutherland, executive director of Americans for Public Trust. As part of an ongoing lawsuit against the CDC and the Department of Health and Human Services, Sutherland’s group obtained emails showing that the American Federation of Teachers and the National Education Association, the two largest teachers unions in the U.S., influenced the CDC’s last-minute changes to school-reopening guidance.
“One of the worries that I have about the way that we’re talking about race is that it either seems so big that somehow White people now have to feel guilty for everything that happened in the past — I don’t think that’s very productive — or Black people have to feel disempowered by race. I would like Black kids to be completely empowered, to know that they are beautiful in their blackness, but in order to do that I don’t have to make White kids feel bad for being White.”
— Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, during a guest host appearance on ABC’s “The View,” when asked about her thoughts on Critical Race Theory being taught in schools.
“This idea of intellectual debate and rigor as the pinnacle of intellectualism comes from a world in which white men dominated.”
— Phoebe A. Cohen, a geosciences professor and department chair at Williams College, on the scandal over MIT cancelling a prestigious science lecture by climate scientist Dorian Abbot, because Abbot had co-authored an op-ed criticizing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policies.
“There’s a PC woke culture that exists, and there’s a cancel culture at the same time. And it’s based on people’s own feelings of maybe personal miserability or distaste for their own situations or life, or maybe just enjoyment of holding other people down underneath their thumb.”
— Aaron Rodgers, quarterback of the Green Bay Packers.

$500,000: Cost in damages to downtown Portland after a crowd of 100 people smashed storefront windows, lit dumpsters on fire, and defaced buildings (they’ve literally been doing this nightly in Portland since the Floyd protests, because “racism”). Thirty-five separate locations were targeted, including banks, retail stores, coffee shops, and government buildings, but the Portland Police did not try to intervene because of legislation passed by Oregon lawmakers this year, which restricts the tools they can use to confront people vandalizing buildings and causing mayhem.

8: Times that CNN has mentioned Dog the Bounty Hunter over the last month.
4: Times that CNN has mentioned Hunter Biden. No mention was in the context of the scandals surrounding Hunter Biden that recently came to light. (Hunter asked Democratic donors for $2 million plus “success fees” to help free up $30 billion worth of Libyan assets; five of Hunter’s paintings sold for $75,000 each to anonymous buyers at an art show; and the FBI’s probe into Hunter’s finances could now embroil the president because it was discovered they shared bank accounts.)
