A San Francisco In-N-Out Burger was temporarily shut down after employees allegedly didn’t check for customers’ vaccine documents, in violation of the city’s vaccine requirement.

— An 11-year-old sixth grader at Chinook Trail Middle School in Colorado, in a text message to her mom sent with a selfie showing that her mask had been taped to her face using blue painter’s tape. According to the student, the teacher was wearing the rolls of tape around her wrists like bracelets.

— Joey Soloway, creator of the show “Transparent,” at a Netflix employee event protesting (they’re still doing this) Dave Chappelle’s standup special “The Closer,” because the comedian made several “transphobic jokes.” Twenty-six transgender people were killed last year (for a variety of motives) according to the National Center for Transgender Equality. Six million Jews were killed during the Holocaust, specifically for being Jewish.
