Fauci is responsible for making the decisions to fund the projects that produced the virus that killed 7 million people, and now we have proof that he was responsible for the cover-up. How is this not criminal?

The left feeds on power, because it has to. All leftist policy uses a centralized force (government) to extract rights and resources from one, then redistribute to another. They will not be given voluntarily. (Ever asked a lefty if they voluntarily pay additional tax? The responses are hysterical. Of course, none of them do.)
Funny enough, that's exactly opposite how a free market works, where one must create a value proposition compelling enough so that people will VOLUNTARILY pay for it
Despite this stupid chrony capitalism increasingly eroding our free market system (another wonderful outcome of government intervention) , it's still one hell of a lot better than extraction by force. . Individuals have no choice where to "buy" government services, they have no control over the cost (taxes, levies, permits, sales tax, etc), and the real whipped cream on shit- they have no control over the quality of service (they gave out my license last year to an identity thief- what fun!), incompetence, education, etc. The government operates in a world of impunity.

He was the highest paid Fed. He follows political winds. He funded the research that led to millions dead, then covered up his involvement and repeatedly lied to Congress and the American people about it. He effectively shut down the country, ruining small businesses and kids' education. He manipulates "science" to fit his narrative and cover his backside, then incredibly declares himself the savior of scientific standards. He's been wrong as long as Biden has.
All that, and he walks away with a fat pension, every bit funded by the peasants he screwed for so many years. That guy deserves worse than prison. Instead, he'll probably buy a house next to Obama (shudder)
I've said this before. I believe the left freakout over the orgin and covid in general runs much deeper than TDS, though I believe the reactions to both share a common cause. They NEED government. Trump was highly threatening to them. And so is the covid orgin
Why? For one thing, the grant was so miniscule, there's no way we the people can have any idea what our government is doing. The ones supposedly in charge set up no accountability structure for it. Heck, they outsourced it to China. Our universities actually taught the bat lady, and thus China, how to make a bio weapon, AND WE PAID THEM TO DO IT! No matter how it got out, isn't that something, you know, we might want keep close to the vest?
